Elisabeth Gaube lays the foundation of the company and our success in her living room in Graz.
1990
In addition to the sale of cosmetic products, GAUBE Kosmetik® offers training in the beauty industry for the first time. This formative step initiates the change from pure cosmetics sales to a training center.
In the following year the product range of Angelika Teichert expands the offer.
1993
The cosmetics industry is booming and we are breaking ground for the expansion of the headquarters in Graz on the beautiful banks of the Mur river. The location is still the headquarters of GAUBE Kosmetik GmbH today.
1994
Martina Silly-Gaube joins the company founded by her mother and builds up the permanent make-up division. The workload of up to 10 treatments per day inspires her to further expand the permanent make-up training.
Introduction of the micro pigment colors.
1998
GAUBE Cosmetics® opens the Vienna branch with its own seminar rooms.

Thanks to our expertise GAUBE Kosmetik® is allowed to take over the course leadership at the Wifi Vienna. Further WIFI training centers will be added in the following years throughout Austria!
2004
Martina Silly-Gaube is appointed as a court-sworn expert and takes over the examination activity of the Styrian national guild.
2006
Martina Silly-Gaube publishes the guide to professional pigmentation, which becomes an international bestseller. Further editions and the translation into English follow.
2007
Martina Silly-Gaube takes over the company and founds MS Gaube Kosmetik GmbH as the first company in Austria to offer training in the eyelash area. Furthermore, piercing trainings are added to the product range.
2008
The offer of the GAUBE® Academy continues to grow - also beyond national borders: our partner network in Germany is established.
2010-11
The headquarters in Graz is enlarged to over 280m² and the GAUBE® Academy is founded. Furthermore, the own brand GAUBE® Silk Lashes is presented.
2012
Our growth is unstoppable and we are now also represented in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
2014
The new webshop goes online with over 2000 professional articles for permanent cosmetics.
At the same time, not only the first diploma training courses in the field of tattoo are launched, but also the first permanent make-up conference in Vienna.
2015
New partners and trainers integrate Slovenia into our network, which now also includes the first professional partner studio/franchise of GAUBE® and X-Side in Vienna.
The revolutionary treatment for optical hair soil compaction SCALP OPTIC HAIR® is presented.
The first permanent make-up conference takes place in Munich.
2016
The training courses of GAUBE Cosmetics® are now officially certified according to the standard 29990 TÜV. This guarantees our high training standard and ensures our commitment to maintain quality!
2017
GAUBE Cosmetics® is celebrating this anniversary with our loyal customers, our great team, all our friends and family at the headquarters in Graz.
And because one celebration is not enough, we are also celebrating 10 years of Cheyenne distribution partnership Austria
2018
We are now also represented in the Persian Gulf and our products can be purchased in Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Dr. Christian Strasser has won the 2019 World Championship title for SCALP OPTIC HAIR® in the Scalp Pigmentation and Realistic Hair category in Rotterdam!
